Specifically if there is no proof pertaining to your claims. You are entitled and guaranteed a full refund (MINUS shipping costs) if the item was received broken, and or, has significant damage/ scratches caused by the mailing process. OR, if desired, we can send you another pair of the same exact plugs to confiscate for the damaged ones.

There is also an option to exchange your purchase if there is a problem with the item you recieved because of a mistake on our end (eg. wrong color,wrong custom design): in this case, we will replace the other item with the new and pay for shipping the new item back to you. The item you're exchanging must equal the same amount of the product you are wanting to replace it with, must be the same plug style, and it must also be the same gauge size.
