SHIPPING & RETURN/ REFUNDS

 

Shipping/Delivery:

We ship directly from USPS First Class Shipping, in San Diego, CA.

These are our estimated delivery times & price for each region.

U.S: 3-5 business days. ($4.00)

Canada: 5-21 business days. ($14.11)

Mexico: 5-14 business days ($18.00)

International: 2-4 weeks ($18.00)

However, delivery time does not include processing order time. Since all our plugs are handcrafted and made to order, please allow processing time of 5-10 business days MON-FRI. Be aware that this time could be prolonged during busy seasons, but also that your order could be processed at a normal/faster rate at other times. We will notify all customers of busy seasons and delays via Gorge Plugs blog/email

Please, be aware of our shops business hours: we begin work at 10:00 A.M and our shop closes at 6:00 P.M Pacific Time. Therefore any orders placed after 6 o'clock will be processed next day.

 

Custom Orders:

  • If you are ordering a request size( a size we wouldn't naturally have in stock), It may add 5 more buisness days to the processing and shipping process.

  • Please allow all the processing time we need to create your custom order. It could take 48-72 hours to ship your custom order or it could take 5-14 buisness days.

Rush Order:

Rush orders can be chosen at Paypal check out, in the " Delivery Options" Tab. All Rush Orders are + $15.00 and will be completed (Process+ Shipped) in 24-48 hrs. This means as soon as I receive your order, I will begin processing it in at least 6 hours and will have it shipped in 24-48 hours of purchase. Shipping excludes holidays and Sundays. Your order will be shipped next day/ Mon. If your order was placed on a holiday (ie. Independence day, Veterns Day, Labor Day) your order will be processed next day. Please, be aware of our shops business hours: we begin work at 10:00 A.M and our shop closes at 6:00 P.M Pacific Time. Therefore any orders placed after 6 o'clock will be processed next day. Rush Orders will be upgraded to Priority Mail Service. Delivery will be 1-3 Business Days  

Please Note: Rush Order's are only for the processing and shipping of your order, delivery times are from 1-3 business days (Domes.)  It may be longer or shorter depending on customs or delays because of weather or conditions. Rush orders will NOT be processed in lesser quality.

Tracking:

Domestic tracking:

You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. 

International tracking:  

You will receive a tracking number, though once your order passes the U.S border, we can not guarantee that your item will remain traceable. 

 

If you have not received your order in the estimated processing + production + delivery time, please contact us at service.gorgeplugs@gmail.com, and we will be happy to assist you, fix the problem and find a solution!

Undeliverable:
If your package is being shown as undeliver-able or being returned to sender via Tracking # 

Buyer is responsible for additional shipping charges for re-delivery attempt.

International Customs Taxes Terms:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns:

We do NOT accept returns on open/used products, due to hygiene interest. If an item is unworn/ in its original condition , you may return the item. We, at Gorge Plugs, are not obligated to pay for return shipping, therefore it's the buyers responsiblity to pay return shipping.  If the item is returned within 7 days of it's recieval and is in its original, unworn /unopened state, we will return all your money ( MINUS both shipping cost) back to your card/ account. Please send us an email at service.gorgeplugs@gmail.com BEFORE returning the item, with the reason for you return.

 

Refunds:

In cases where you may want a refund for any product(s)/ order(s) that you've purchased from our site; you must contact us in 3 days of the date you've received the items with a reason why. If needed, We will then ask you to send any pictures that will show us the problems you're having with our product. We, at Gorge Plugs, are under no obligation to give you a refund for your order if we feel that under any jurisdiction, that your claims are faulty. Specifically if there is no proof pertaining to your claims. You are entitled and guaranteed a full refund (MINUS shipping costs) if the item was received broken, and or, has significant damage/ scratches caused by the mailing process. OR, if desired, we can send you another pair of the same exact plugs to confiscate for the damaged ones.

 

We have the power to deny your refund  at anytime if we feel that your claims are faulty.

Exchange request:

There is also an option to exchange your purchase if there is a problem with the item you received because of a mistake on our end (eg. wrong color,wrong custom design): in this case, we will replace the other item with the new and pay for shipping the new item back to you. The item you're exchanging must equal the same amount of the product you are wanting to replace it with, must be the same plug style, and  it must also be the same gauge size. Please contact us first when deciding on replacing the item.

 

CASES IN WHICH REFUND/EXCHANGE/RETURNS ARE NOT PERMITTED:

No refund if: 

-The item you ordered is too big or too small. Please know your gauge size before you purchase any item off our site.

-If the item you ordered created an allergic reaction. As stated in our Terms of Service [section 13]."We, Gorge Plugs, are not responsible or liable  for any allegeric reactions, that may have occured prior to or after the use of our jewelry because of its materials. You should know what and how your body will react to any of the materials stated in the products description."

-The item you ordered was on final sale or clearance, Plug  Bundles.

- No proof is applied to your claims.

- It's after 3 days of the recieval of your package. 

 

No exchange if:  

- You want to exchange your purchase for the same item in a different size.

- You want to exchange your purchase for a different item in a different size.

The item you ordered was on /in plug bundles ,final sale, sale or on clearance.

-  It's after 48 hours of the recieval of your package.

 

No returns if:

- The item has been open, or worn.

-The item you order was on/in final sale, sale or clearance,Plug Bundles or custom design.

-It's after 7 days of the recieval of your pacakage.

Repairs: 

Repairs can be done free of charge whenever or if ever your handmade plugs break. We offer repairs for the first 2 months of you purchasing the item(s). Thats 60 days guarantee that we will fix the product. We only ask  that you pay for return shipping, Any other fees will not be applied. We do not recommend self-repairs, Please self-repair at your own risk,we will not be responsible for any problems that my occur thereafter.
